You ask for more details regarding my recent visits. I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from CarMax in 2025. It had 16,300 miles on it. The sales manager said that I found the unicorn. I had a 2009 Honda C I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from CarMax in 2025. It had 16,300 miles on it. The sales manager said that I found the unicorn. I had a 2009 Honda CRV which i purchased from you. I brought the car in for service every 6 months and have been very pleased with Findlay. Because of that I brought the 2015 car in to have the oil and filter changed plus whatever other service requirements were necessary. I could have taken it to CarMax for service. I specifically requested that the car be completely checked over. I spent over $1,000 just regular maintenance issues. I don't drive much (less that 2,000 miles per year) I have not needed the A/C until after I brought the car in. I turned it on and it did not work. I know checking the AC for leaks is not easy but if you would have just turned it on you would have known it did not work. I brought it back and you fixed it $500 later. I was so disappointed that after asking everything be checked that the AC had a leak and lost Freon .I hope to continue to have my car serviced at Findlay in the future and this was just a one off.
