When I call to make an appointment and leave a message, he always calls me back and is great about rescheduling and knowing my preference of time. The first few years I had my CRV I was going to Honda West because that’s where I purchased it, but once I came to Findley Honda and dealing with Shaun, I will continue to return for future service on my vehicle because he is so personable and makes me feel welcome and in good hands for my car concerns.Thank you!
