I bought a new Cruze from Gill last night and I was pretty impressed. I had already been talking to other dealerships closer to my home but I would be told one price only to have it switched when I arr pretty impressed. Gill beat the other guy's best price and kept his word the whole way through. I kept waiting for "the catch" but it never came. It was definitely the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. We had a deal worked out over the Internet so when it actually came to showing up in person, I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. Awesome. More
From my first call to the dealership I found them to be extreamly friendly and help and honest. I had called other dealerships and was told lies just to get me out there upon arriving at the dealer ship extreamly friendly and help and honest. Friendly & very informative. Although I live at the north end of Las Vegas, I found it was worth the drive to get the car I wanted. Upgrades were done quickly and everything went smoothly. I was informed through costco that certain dealership worked with them to receive a discount.I receive an email from Scott Nicolari and decided to go in and check out the cars. My original want was an equinox but before going in i realized it wasnt in my budget and fell in love with a Malibu online. I had my heart set on a model but once i arrived Al Hernandez showed us the 3 options they had. I ended up getting my Malibu with even more things than i expected for the same price as another model. What I loved about this dealership is that they provided me with an estimate of what my payment could be and i could afford it and when my credit was run it was perfect. There was no going back and forth with what i wanted my payment to be.Scott Nicolari was great and helped me a lot as well as Al Hernandez as he helped translate for my dad. I was maybe in there a total of an hour if so they where really great and a great first time car buyer experience. Everyone at Findlay Chevrolet are very helpful and it was great doing busness with you guys. More
Everyone at Findlay Chevy with whom my husband and I had contact, from the General Manager to the guy who detailed our Equinox before we drove it off the lot, was professional and friendly. Doug Fleming and Brian Savinda were particularly helpful and forthright when answering each question we had about the features and options available to us. Even when we had to wait for some step in the process to get completed, people who weren't even associated with our purchase came up to make sure we were comfortable and being cared for. I have never had such a pleasant and pressure-free experience when negotiating with a dealership. Of course, the dealer's job is to sell cars, but at Findlay, I felt as though it was more important that I was happy with my purchase than the size of the purchase I made. Since we drove our new car home, I have been telling everyone who will listen what a great experience I had. Thanks, Brian and Doug! More
My sales and leasing consultant was Maxwell Eichbauer, a new employee with three weeks on the job. However, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make me happy and to complete the sale.I was im new employee with three weeks on the job. However, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make me happy and to complete the sale.I was impressed with everyone in the dealership, and was most pleased that when the negotiations started I dealt exclusively with Maxwell. Many dealerships send out a senior closer and the sales consultant is relegated to a spectator role. This transaction was not a high pressure negotiation but an easy negotiation with the usual give-and-take to meet at an agreeable deal. After we agreed to terms, Maxwell walked me through the dealership, introduced me to employees I would have to deal with from finance to service. Saw to the details of prepping my new car for delivery and assisting removing personal items from the trade in. Frank Ryan was friendly, thorough and professional and made the necessary paperwork a snap. He recommended a few modification to the deal that were very beneficial and I appreciate his efforts. MIke Chance did the vehicle tour, and Maxwell sat in as a learning experience. Mike was great and I appreciate his patience with me. I met his wife Kat on the sales floor and she was friendly and helpful in completing the deal. Finally, the man who approved the deal Jeff Neel was introduced and was like everyone else friendly and professional. Slim Stephens gave me his card and said when I needed service he would help in any way I needed. Great experience...good job by the entire Findlay team. More

And Mike Chance was absolutely super, what an excellent job of explaining everything about the truck.Because we will be leaving the state very soon, he was extemely helpful in suggesting how we could get the vehicle registered if it couldn't be accomplished before we had to leave.All in all our experience with the employees of Findlay Chevrolet was great and we will do business there again and also recommend to others. I received a call from Scott telling me I could trade in my '11 Camaro SS (purchased at Findlay) for a 2012 Camaro SS with no BS. He was right on the mark!
