We bought a Chevy Malibu from another dealership and have had nothing but problems. We would get it back from service with damage, new problems and just rude customer service. After explaining the issues with our car, the dealership and service department, GM had suggeted that we bring our car into Findlay Cheverolet. These guys got to work and found things that needed to be fixed and serviced, and did it! Our warranty had expired! To ensure that we were happy and to try getting us back thinking about a GM product they didn't charge anything!!!! Are you kidding?? Findlay and the guys have our loyality! It is absolutely amazing that there is a dealership, and employees that go the extra mile! This place is a must if you are even thinking about buying, or servicing your car! Due to my busy schedule, my wife had to take the car in, and they treated her like gold even going out of the way to secure a rental (at no charge). We cannot say enough about this dealership! Fantastic experience today at Findlay Chevrolet! He was great! We did financing first, I test drove the 2 cars, (scaled down Traverse and the tricked out loaded Equinox) handed them my title to my old car and said "let's make it happen!" Told them "I am leaving my car here and driving a new one home!" Sign and drive baby! ? It was really a super nice experience "as far as car shopping" goes- took a little bit of time - but still very, very nice people and a SUPER friendly and non "shark tank" type dealership. I was VERY VERY impressed! The Finance manager, Frank Ryan is super cool (GO COWBOYS!) ....and I reeeeally Liked Jimmy Neutron! (aka Elvis) but his real technical name is Mike Chance. He is a techie like me and loves the fun gadgets and technology features these new vehicles offer! Beam me up Scottie! SOOO I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND working with Mike on all the new gadgets! I bought my new white 2012 Equinox LTZ from Findlay Chevrolet for my dog! It's his "LTZ " Ziggy mobile"! More
