I'd been shopping for a new car since March and inquired about the Traverse online. Scott not only got back to me right away, but kept in touch about sales and promotions over the months during which I had about the Traverse online. Scott not only got back to me right away, but kept in touch about sales and promotions over the months during which I had numerous life events putting a new car on hold. Finally the time was right last week and I called to let him know we'd stop in that evening after work. Scott welcomed me and we sat down to determine my wants and needs in a new car, as well as budget and trade in, before test driving. After he filled me in on the different types of engines and transmissions, answered all of my questions (sometimes twice:) I realized the Equinox worked best for me. Though it was late in the evening as I completed my purchase, Matt also worked patiently with me to go through each and every piece of paper requiring my signature. When my car was ready, once again Scott demonstrated all the controls, helped me hook up my cell phone and connect with OnStar - a tough job to teach this all to someone not so technologically advanced. Overall, the staff at Findlay are friendly and helpful, making you feel relaxed as you walk through their door. Also thanks to my greeter (whose name I didn't catch) who walked me to my salesman! More

These guys are aces. I always have a great time when I go there and always receive courteous, efficient and prompt service. We are price AND service shoppers. Having NOT found anyone or a dealership near us that we thought were fair priced and professional to work with, we tried the internet and found Gil at Findlay. Most of the price and customizing discussion was done online and by phone/text. Gil got the 2013 Avalanche, with lift, exactly as promised. We asked for some wiggle room with the down payment and loan. He did the extra work to get us what we wanted, always going back to the finance guy to do so. Gil even picked us up at our hotel, made sure we had transportation while in Vegas and never made us feel creepy like some salesman can. In my lifetime I have purchased 6 new cars, 3 motorcycles and a few used cars as well. This is the best experience I have had, by far. Honest, solid service in a friendly manner is very hard to come by in any situation. This is the exception. Gil will get my business from now on, no matter that I am 9 hours away. More
First, a little bit of background is needed on why I was at the dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I was on my way to Vegas from California in my 2007 Ford Fusion, which had been an alright car not the gr at the dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I was on my way to Vegas from California in my 2007 Ford Fusion, which had been an alright car not the greatest but okay. Then my throttle control/transmission light came on! It was 1:00 am in the morning and I was stranded somewhere in between California and Nevada by myself! So I had to get the car towed to Gaudin Ford in vegas, which costs me over 300 dollars. It took Gaudin Ford a day and a half to assess the issue. I couldn't even find a way up to the dealership to see my car because apparently they had a shuttle to drop you off, but no shuttle to pick you up. So, my brother had to come all the way from California to take me up to the dealership! Nevertheless, when they finally got around to looking at my car almost 2 days later they told me I needed a whole new transmission and that would cost me $8,700. There was no way I would pay that much to fix the car so I had no choice but to get a new vehicle So my first choice was to just get a another fusion I mean it wasn't the greatest car but I knew the car. However, Gaudin Ford gave me nothing but the run around and kept wasting my time trying to sell me cars I wasn't interested in and they even LIED to me about my credit score (the salesman never did show me the credit paper just told me what it was). At the end of it they were trying to sell me a 2012 Ford Fusion for $465 a month! What a joke I could of went and a bought a Benz with that monthly payment. Every word that came out of their mouths seemed like a lie and that they were just trying to get over on me. It was almost as if they thought I was born yesterday or I was doltish. So after two hours of that mess and struggling to get my car from them out of servicing me and my brother went over to FINDLAY CHEVY which is adjacent to them! I specifically dealt with Ramon, Mike and Frank Oh man all I can say is that these people are such a pleasure. First, let me mention they offered us something to DRINK and offered us a SEAT! Not one time did the other dealership do that after being in the sun for hours. Secondly, it was a great experience they didn't bamboozle me they understood my situation and that it was an unfortunate event and that I needed to get back home and to work. So Ramon did not waste my time he didn't lie to me he kept it 100 (and comes to find out my credit score was about 70 points more than what the other dealership told me). As a result, Ramon gave me and my brother advice for our lives, really great dude. The whole staff was just soo friendly, funny and professional! Additionally, I know this is something minor but it is something important to me I need to talk about the location of their cars. Most of their cars were under a roof so I wasn't walking around in the sun looking for cars as my skin sizzled. Instead I was in shade looking for cars! Ramon is the best he made one of the worst situations of my life a positive situation I didn't walk out of their feeling as if I just got stuck with a car that I didn't want because I just needed to get home. I picked a great car for a good price everyone won. Mike was great he had the best sense of humor as he was showing me how to operate the vehicle. Frank was a blast as well. I love my Chevy Sonic I highly recommend Findlay Chevy (in the voice of Kevin Hart: alright alright alright alriiiightt!!) More
