After being contacted by Matt , I made an appointment at my earliest convienence. Every employee that I encountered when first entering the building, warmly greeted me with a smile. Last Tuesday I took advantage of the Chevrolet "Sign and Drive" promotion to buy a 2013 Chevy Camaro from Findlay Chevrolet in Las Vegas. Although my primary residence is in Arizona, over the past couple of years I have found myself working in Las Vegas so much that my car rental expenses have come in at well over $600 a month on average, So I decided to contact somebody I know that works at Findlay Chevrolet and see what kind of deal I could get. After several text messages, I drove out to the dealership and met with my friend, Jamaal McCoy who is the dealership GM. I met Jamaal at an industry event in Miami a couple years ago and we have stayed in contact since. Jamaal asked me to work with a salesman at the dealership by the name of "Larry". Larry was fairly new, but was exceptionally helpful and pulled up 3 2013 Chevy Camaros in different colors that met my equipment requirements... Right away i knew that I wanted the black one... very good looking car! When Jamaal presented the deal to me, including trading in a 2006 Mercury Mariner that I needed to dispose of for a relative that lives in Las Vegas, I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The monthly payments with no money down, and negative equity of about $1,200 in my trade-in came out to less than $375 a month. I smiled, accepted the deal and thanked Jamaal for his courteous treatment and better than expected numbers. After going through the documentation process, getting our complimentary accessories from their accessory department, a Findlay Chevy employee who specializes in doing vehicle deliveries took me through all the new Camaro's systems, Bluetooth set up with my phone and made sure I knew how to operate the vehicle... Away we went, in one of the smoothest and most aggravation free new car buying experiences I have ever had. More
I've taken my 2000 Silverado in to Findlay Chevrolet for service a few times. Scott Nordberg has been great to work with. I had a friend that was interested in purchasing my truck so I asked Scott if he'd mind finding out what the value was. He put me in touch with Scott Nicolari, who contacted me almost immediately. When I went to pick up the old truck from the service department, I went and sat down with Scott Nicolari who walked me through the details on my truck. He let me know trade-in value, showed me similar trucks that had sold at auction, and discussed what a fair price would be for a friend. A couple of days later I inquired about prices of new trucks. Scott was very responsive and very up front with the pricing. I settled on the new 2013 Silverado that I wanted. Given the rebates and tax discounts, I ended up trading in the old truck instead of selling it myself. I went to pick up the new truck and the whole process was not only very efficient, but the deal was exactly what Scott said it would be. I went through Gill for financing. He was also very up front, explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and was very efficient. The best part about the whole experience was that there were never any games. I would recommend working with any of these gentlemen. More
We were in the market for a vehicle to replace one we have. We were greeted by Pat who let us know Dave would be assisting as Pat was new to the dealership. From the start, both man were very professional and helpful. We never felt pressured and were able to find an SUV that was right for us, in our price range and accommadated our needs. Frank in finance quickly moved us thru the process, and when we picked up the car the next day, Mike walked us thru all the tech stuff like On Star and the other systems. We will not hesitate to return, as a matter of fact, I will be there this week to look at another vehicle. Thanks to all! More
Stopped to service our GMC Acadia. Met Brian Savinda, through Nick Manning, and was asked if we were in the market for a new vehicle. Was very appreciative of Brian's easy and non aggressive approach. Have had other dealers that were very aggressive. The whole experience was very good and due to my health problems Brian and Diane, moved us through the whole process quickly and efficiently. I am new to town and I brung in my vehicle to be looked at. As I entered I was immediately assisted by Billy C. with a smile! We met our 1st shuttle driver Eli (also with a smile) who was taking us home, was smooth and personable with us. Enjoyed the ride and conversation. Our 2nd shuttle driver was Tom (also with a smile) who picked us up from our home. First meeting over the phone was very professional and attentive confirmed whereabouts to pick us up. Called when reached us open all doors (forgot to mention as did 1st driver). Conversation on the way back was warm and personable. Very easy going and enjoyable. Great going above and beyond for a customer! Soda & Hot beverage unlimited as you wait. Shuttle service with a smile and opening doors. And when you return too pick up a freshly washed vehicle is speechless.Reason I rated Findlay Great! People like them make people like us come back time after time! Mind you, this was my first visit and this won't be my last! Keep up the great work!!! More
