I was a previous Chevy owner in California of 11 years I had no choice when i needed to buy another car, so I got into Ford. I had nothing but trouble and couldn't wait to get out of the car. When the time was right, I walked into Chevy to buy the car I wanted I was greeted and treated with tender loving care with everyone I came in contact with. i knew it would feel good to come back to Chevy but I had no idea I would be treated like family. The staff from every level eased my worries and concerns. They bent over backwards to make sure I continued to smile. At one point I did cry, but those were tears of Joy. Its good to be back with my favorite company (Chevy) And now Im in the vehicle I always wanted from the moment I seen it on the tv screen the Equinox thanks guys and gals Im home.. sincerely Miss Hill More

Newell was very helpful in working out the numbers and finding the right Camero for me. My only complaint was that there was that the interior was not cleaned well before delivering the vehicle to me. That was only a minor issue however because when I came in on that following Monday they took great care to clean the car. I was given a tour of the facility and again everyone was extremely polite and kind. More
I was greeted as-soon-as i walked in the door by Reuben Banks. Mr. Banks is a very pleasant person. He found out what my car need were and set me up with Frank Tehrani. I informed Mr. Tehrani that we were in the market for a new Equinox. Frank knew his inventory and all the special/rebate offers available immediately. The car was going to be a gift for my wife so i didn't have my trade-in vehicle there with me. After i had an idea of which vehicle i wanted i had to drive home, get my trade and return to the dealership. I received a very good price for my trade as well as some additional discounts i wasn't aware i qualified for. (I'm active duty military, USAA member) Mr. Tehrani provided terrific customer service. He stayed 3 hours past his normal shift helping me choose options, colors, waiting for me to run home for my trade, etc...Frank also set-up an appointment time for my wife to come into the dealership the next day where he could explain all the workings of the car to her and to give her a tour of the dealership. I'm very satisfied, very happy with our purchase...thanks to Mr. Tehrani and Mr. Banks. More
We went to Findlay Chevrolet to buy a new Chevy Traverse as it was time for a new more family friendly vehicle for our growing family. He was knowledgable and friendly, and we were so pleased with the attention to detail he provided us with. The sales manager, Scott, was also great at explaining the lease option to us and saving us money on our monthly payment and getting us into a beautiful brand new Traverse. We are new Chevy customers and we will definitely be telling others to visit your dealership when they are in the market for a vehicle. Thanks for everything! More

Nick advised me of the year end sales for the 2013 models and Brian called me the next day. I decided it was time to go and see what they had and what they could do for me. I got out of my vehicle and was asked if I could be helped, I advised them I would like to see Brian. The sales person - introduced himself (but I do not remember his name) escorted me to the wait area - advise me of the refreshments that was available and if I wanted some water. He then said Brian was with another customer right now, but would be right with me. I then saw Reuben - I know him from prior visits and he has always taken the time to meet and greet me. We talked a little and I advised him why I was there and who I was going to see. He advised me that Brian would take care of me. Brian approached me in about 5 minutes, we went to his desk and talked about what I wanted. That was key, he wanted to know what I wanted - he wanted to make sure he could help me get what I wanted and not what they had to sell me. Nick stopped by when he saw me with Brian and he said he was glad that I was there to at least take a look at what they had. I felt like I was the only customer there, even though they seemed busy, I was shown the vehicles I wanted to see - it did not have all the options I wanted, but that is why they call them options - it had what I needed and a couple of items I did not know was available. So long story short, customer service was excellent, I was not pressured and after I made my decision the final processing was smooth and I went home with my new 2013 Silverado. More
