I had brought my 2006 Chevy HHR in for service with Slim at Findlay Chevrolet when I spotted a customized 2014 Chevy Silverado 4x4 on display in front of their showroom. After test driving the vehicle with Al, I made an offer which was declined. two weeks went by and I returned to the dealership and spoke with Jamaal McCoy. After making a few changes to the terms of the lease with GMAC that I was willing to accept, we areed to a deal. Since the truck I had previously seen was already sold, Jamaal and team had to do a dealer trade to get the truck I wanted, then it had to be sent out for the modifications to make it exactly like the truck I had previously tried to purchase. The truck that Findlay obtained for me had over $1,000 in additional MSRP due to bucket seats and other additional factory options. Findlay honred our deal and included the extra options without changing the price or terms agreed to. In all aspects of dealing with Findlay Chevrolet's Sales and Service departments I have found the staff there to be customer focused, friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional in their demeanor and ability to execute all commitments as made and on time. They even sent a driver to pick me up when my HHR was ready from Service. I have dealt with hundreds of car dealers all around North America and have never found a more competent and honest dealership that operates with a more pervasive atmosphere of integrity as I have at Findlay Chevrolet... It should be noted that this is the second new Chevrolet i have purchased from Findlay Chevrolet. More

I brought the Tahoe down for a routine oil change. Rather than read my book, I went to look at used cars. I was introduced to Brian who showed me the used car inventory and when I narrowed it to one, we wen than read my book, I went to look at used cars. While out, I mentioned the high curb in my neighborhood, so Brian suggested we drive to my house and test the car. There was no problem for this car. Upon arrival at the dealership, we looked at the new car inventory which was close in price and had the color I really liked. Brian was very patient with me showing all the payment options. Many positives to owning this new car, but the low interest rate, the navigation package and OnStar were the icing on the cake. Mike did an excellent job teaching the high tech of this car. My wife and I were in the market for a new car and this dealership was highly recommended by a few of our friends. Chevy is a partner in the Costco program, and Costco has never steered us wrong. They notified the dealer and they emailed me a pre-arranged price for that car, as well as some others that were in the ballpark. We set up an appointment to come in and test drive the car the next day. We were set on getting a Chevy Cruze, and had already done all of our homework on the car, and beyond. All that was left to do was drive the car and close the deal. Mike McNulty was our sales guy, and he was patient, not pushy and answered all of the questions that we had. He also went over some numbers with us so that we can get an idea of what we would be paying for the car. We left that day without it, but really liked the experience we had that day so we scheduled a follow-up appointment. There were a few questions in between our next appointment, and Mike was always helpful and knowledgeable with his answers. I came in for the follow-up appointment but the car had already been sold. Mike took the time to walk me through the inventory to find something that I liked. I spotted a couple that I was interested in and Mike went over some more numbers with me that were agreeable. We left that day without the car, and with a different car in mind now. Mike was never pushy and never tried to influence my decision, instead letting me reach the decision on my own based on the information and knowledge that he provided me. When I got home that night we made the decision and called him first thing in the morning. We were pre-approved by our bank for a loan, but when we went in to see Mike that day, he was able to BETTER the bank's deal making the experience even sweeter for us. It was a great experience every time we went in there, until we finally drove home in our new Chevy Cruze. Everyone that we encountered at the dealership was amicable and helpful from beginning to end and I highly recommend Mike McNulty in the internet sales department to anyone looking for great service and a great deal. Honestly, I wish I could rate friendliness and customer service a 6. After living in Las Vegas for a dozen years and buying several cars for my wife and myself, I can say that this was the best car buying service a 6. The internet salesman, Tony Tonkin, did a great job connecting with me via email. Once there, he was friendly and helped me to find a vehicle that met my needs and wants. Once I was back from the test drive Tony gave me upfront pricing information without the smoke and mirrors that is normally found in car dealerships in town. David Janacek helped as well. Both salesmen were friendly and seemed trustworthy, and neither was pushy or put pressure on me to make a decision before I was confident in my final choice. Once everything was agreed on I got a car was and full tank of gas, as well as some tasty popcorn, before I left. Overall this was an experience I would gladly repeat and plan on going back as soon as I need another car. I will fully recommend Findlay Chevrolet to anyone i know who is looking for a vehicle.
