I was going to purchase a new car but didn't know what make i wanted. I looked around at different dealerships and one of them was Findlay Chevrolet. The salesmen DJ and Dave were very pleasant and what make i wanted. I looked around at different dealerships and one of them was Findlay Chevrolet. The salesmen DJ and Dave were very pleasant and helpful but walked away without deciding. A few days later I returned and Dave spent a lot of time with me explaining different models. I finally decided on a Equinox in red. Dave checked and none in stock but checked the orders and one was on order to come in -in a few days. I said I would take it and signed the papers. Due to bad weather, there was quite a delay in delivery. I was getting quite frustrated. I talked to Dave different times and finally we talked to George, the sales manager. He kept me up to date as to where the car was after it left the factory. Both George and Dave gave me confidence to be patient. When the car arrived, I was notified promptly. I went back the next day to pick it up. The car looked fantastic, and all ready for me. Dave finished the transaction with me. Next I met Kat Chance to get me set up with the registration. She was so nice and very pleasant. Then the final stop was with Mike Chance to get me acquainted with the workings of my new car. He was very pleasant and took all the time I needed to understand as much as possible. He made it seems so easy and offered to answer any questions that I might have at a later time. I came to this location only to use the Costco Auto program. After looking at cars I decided on the Chevy Equinox. Our sales man was very nice to begin with but then as we progressed his attitude chang program. After looking at cars I decided on the Chevy Equinox. Our sales man was very nice to begin with but then as we progressed his attitude changed indefinitely. It was a very unpleasant experience for me to work with him however they are definitely more than willing to meet you at where you want to be as far as payments & interest rates goes. I would recommend you do ask for what you want if you decide to buy a car with them. They will work it out somehow to meet your needs to sell you a car. I don't foresee myself ever buying from this location but I did leave with the car because they met me on my terms for the sale. More
