Natalie Padilla Service Supervisor Natalie was wonderful. She took very good care of me. I came in on Saturday with my car leaking antifreeze. She immediately ran to the service area Natalie was wonderful. She took very good care of me. I came in on Saturday with my car leaking antifreeze. She immediately ran to the service area to talk to a technician about my car. My car was taken in quickly for review and brought it back out clean. She indicated to me it would take a few parts to repair and that I would need to leave my car as it was not safe to drive. She ran and picked me up a loaner car and took care of all the paperwork in advance, gave me an idea of what was to be done to my car and how much it would cost to repair. I acknowledged and left happy knowing that my car would be taken care of. Natalie also stayed in touch with me via email as I had emailed her my office email. We had a nice visit when I came to pick up my car and she helped me transition my personal items from the loaner car to my car. Natalie was caring and very professional. They checked me in, drove me home, picked me up again so I could come get a a loaner car for the night and then had my car ready the next morning Everything was covered by my certified automobile warranty and they even washed my car.
