A close friend of mine was sexually harassed by him and told him no multiple times and he still kept trying to pursue her. Asked for pics and if she was into older guys and was clearly taking advantage of the fact that she’s not from the area and is like half her age. He is disgusting and not worth it. RUN. More
Service was quite terrible, actually. What I thought would be a 45 minute- 1 hour service turned into a 24-hour ordeal. I spend 100’s, no 1000’s of dollars with you guys every time I need something for my vehicle. I am very loyal to your service - and I don’t know why. All I needed was a new set of tires, appointment booked days in advance. I also asked for a quick car wash while I was there. I had just done a full service with new battery with y’all last month, and now with new tires - I may take my car out for a trip. When they said it would take a couple hours , they were backed up - I thought fine. Came back to give me with final price, said it would be a few hours. I said, now it’s a few hours - they replied, at least. So, I went home. Got a call 4 hours later that they would keep my car overnight. Fine, I work from home - I don’t need my car. Whatever. I don’t want them to rush my alignment, etc. and I reminded them to run it under the wash when they’re done. They said, great. Thanks, see you tomorrow. Late the next afternoon, they call to say my car is ready. I arrive, to pay and be on my way (24 hours later for a new set of tires) AND the car was never cleaned!! Wow!! Y’all are unreal. You have 10 sales guys standing around, and no one could run my car through the wash in the 24 hours it was there??!!! Y’all are all talk. Sorry I ever bought a car from your dealership. I have never had a full 100% good experience with you. I mean seriously, I still can’t believe it. 24 hours for a new set of tires I had an appointment for. What a waste. More

can't even change the oil right! Took my tdi there to get oil changed and I don't even think they changed the filter. I got the car home and noticed the next morning that when I check Took my tdi there to get oil changed and I don't even think they changed the filter. I got the car home and noticed the next morning that when I checked my oil it was overfilled. I looked under the hood at filer housing and it still had dust on it. I made a appointment on a Friday no one was in the dealership or getting service done that should have been a red flag. Also they take your car out back there is not a service department where you can watch them do the work. While waiting I wasn't even offered a water and I walked around and checked prices on there cars which I do at other dealerships their prices were much higher. Most other dealerships will throw in a complimentary car wash and are grateful to have your buisness not this dealership. More

He listened, wasn't pushy, extremely genuine and a very good at communicating. The finance guy and the manager were both amazing as well. I highly reccomend purchasing your vehicle from Ellis and Fiesta Volkswagen. More
Fiesta VW... the good, the bad, and the ugly Garcia Uptown VW was a typical Garcia dealership. Horrible sales people with a competent service department. Then Fiesta VW bought the VW dealership a Garcia Uptown VW was a typical Garcia dealership. Horrible sales people with a competent service department. Then Fiesta VW bought the VW dealership and things changed dramatically for the worse. The GOOD... the sales department is a dream experience. Friendly, knowledgeable sales people who know their cars and are genuinely interested in putting you in the right one. The sales people are led by a sales manager who gives the customer a warm feeling when they are spending a considerable amount of money and wants to make sure they are getting a car that makes them happy. Even the finance people are considerate and professional. The BAD... Fiesta has degraded the service department to where it's tied with University VW for the least professional service department in this city. At Fiesta VW the service advisor doesn't posses basic knowledge regarding the cars trusted to him for service and the service manager provides no quality control whatsoever regarding the work done on customer vehicles. When there's a problem and you challenge the service manager three times in a row he lies to you twice and the third time he stands there silently because he can't remember what he told you the first two times. When a problem arises and you want to escalate the discussion up the ladder the person you need to speak to isn't at that location and doesn't call you till you hunt then down. When you finally get to speak to them they are only interested in the least they can do to get you to go away and not interested in the systemic problems in their service department. The UGLY... You take your car to Fiesta VW for a 10,000 mile service which is an oil and filter change with tire rotation and you may or may not have the correct oil put in your car even after telling the service advisor the correct weight oil because you had this wrong oil problem with them before on your previous VW and there's a factory sticker that states the correct oil on the radiator support and I added a big white sticker on the engine cover that states the correct oil. The service advisor doesn't know there's a factory oil sticker on the radiator support and tells you that you are wrong about the oil. You'd think the person changing the oil would look at the factory sticker or the big sticker I added but you'd be wrong. You may or may not actually get the oil filter changed because on my car it was obvious from the undisturbed dust on the oil filter housing that it had not been touched. You will get your car back with an oily hand print on the hood and multiple oily hand prints in the interior and on the inside of the windshield. Neither the service manager or the service advisor is looking the car over before presenting it back to the customer so there's NO quality control. How about the service department respecting the customer's car, having some pride in their work, and doing their job? With the exception of the lead VW certified technician in the service department you will put your car's life in the hands of an unprofessional hack when giving the car to Fiesta VW for simple routine service. Need a serious warranty repair done there? Are you lucky enough to have the top tech work on your car or will you get a less skilled, less qualified new guy who is learning on the job? Fiesta VW seems intent on taking the worst service department in the city crown away from University VW and they'll probably do it unless they train their service advisors to actually know the cars, advise the customer, provide some quality control, own the repair ticket until the car is returned to the customer and hire a service manager that IS a service manager to provide on site oversight and make sure the service department is functioning as it should instead of how it doesn't. At the Fiesta VW service department the inmates are running the asylum and the person overseeing all the Fiesta service departments doesn't seem to care. VW manufactures some really great cars. Well engineered, well built, well equipped, well priced, and offers an industry leading warranty that other car companies should offer but don't. A person of some authority at Fiesta told me "we are making progress daily". The question is how many days will it take for the Fiesta VW service department to return to providing the professional, competent, ethical, service that the Garcia Uptown VW service department did... and until then do we just tolerate the abuse the Fiesta VW service department inflicts upon our cars and its customers? If you buy or own a VW in Albuquerque don't expect professional, competent, ethical, service from either University VW or Fiesta VW at this time. I'm hoping that Fiesta management takes a hard look at their VW service department and brings it back to where it was and up to the level of their outstanding sales department. More
