Fiesta Ford - Indio California

I went to Fiesta Ford Tuesday June 18, 2013 and met with sales associate Leo Flores. Leo greated me with a smile and friendly hand shake, making me feel welcomed at the Ford dealership. I expressed to Leo the type of car I was looking for and he took me right to it. While on the test drive Leo explained all of the cars features with out overly explaing them to me. Once we I got back to the dealership, told Leo I need to gome and think things over and talk to my partner. Leo did not pull the aggressive move and try and push me into the car that same day. The next day June 19, I showed up with my partner to purchas the car I had test drove on Tuesday. Once again Leo greateed me and my partner with a friendly hand shake and smile. We told Leo before committing one the car we wanted to see a few more cars. Leo was happy to help us and once more while on the test drive Leo did not try and over sell us on the car. Once my partner and I agreed on purchasing the Fusion SE Hybrid Leo was quick and efficient with having the car detailed and drawing up the paper work for the finance department. Lastly, before leaving the dealership went over the cars basic functions for us once to ensure we would be able drive home safely. My wife and myself went to Fiesta Ford to see what our options were when turning in our leased Edge. In the past it has taken so long to buy a vehicle that we just didn't want the hassle, but the personnel made it fast and easy for us. We've had two return visits and each time Hector has come out to greet us and to ensure that we were perfectly happy. Today he even set up our cell phone for use in the vehicle.
