This was my first service visit at this dealership. The appointment was for an oil change and related service details. The service representative informed me that there was an upgrade that had to be completed in addition to the service and that was OK. The only negative comment that I have is that it took a little over three hours to complete the service which I can live with as they were extremely busy. I was kind of happy that listed on my service paperwork was a courtesy car wash, however when they delivered my vehicle to me the wash had not been done, oh well, that's life! More

Took into the dealership for warranty work. Joe, the service rep had made the appointment, checked me in advised me of everything that was to be done and time frame.
