And I am so glad I did. After being greeted by sales associates Ilene and Leo, I took the Ranger XLT on a test drive and it was 'Love at first drive'. Customer Service Advisor Review In January of 2017 I purchased a F-150 Raptor. I have returned to Fiesta Ford's service department for all required maintenance services. On Tuesday, In January of 2017 I purchased a F-150 Raptor. I have returned to Fiesta Ford's service department for all required maintenance services. On Tuesday, March 19, 2019, a maintenance service was performed on my truck. I always wait in their lobby and the normal service time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours in length. On this date the Service Advisor "Richard Bender" assisted me with my service. Normal PM service was requested, with additional instructions to check the failure of the navigation and phone connection systems. I was advised by Richard that the time element for this work would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. My complaint if lack of communication. 3 1/2 hours later, Richard informed me the the service had just been completed, and apparently a oil filter access panel located on the skid plate panel was missing and was being ordered. Truck was then be taken to the electronics bay to evaluate the navigation and phone connection failures. 2 hours and 40 minutes past with no communications, updates, etc. I had been in the lobby 5 hours and 40 minutes. This young man's (Richard) customer service skills are in the toilet!! I then searched out the whereabouts of Richard and demanded my vehicle. I was fed up!! Its been 5 days since this incident. To date I have not heard from Fiesta Ford regarding parts required to replace Oil Filter cover, and Navigation system components which are identified on R/O Number 378522/1. We as a consumer have choices and I guess its time to move on. More
