I worked with Chris from their sales department. He quoted my trade-in and then put down a different number when I asked for the offer in writing. He then lied and said he never said it. The sales manager Brittany then contacted me to tell the same lie, as well. I recommend staying away from this blatantly dishonest sales department. More
