I recently had a warranty service issue that I did not believe was not handled properly. I contacted Mr. Gordon and explained all the details of my problem. Ron Bigler talked to us on the phone prior to our two hour drive to the dealership. He was very cordial, friendly and informative. What made this all especially amazing is that we were only looking at a $9K car, not a $200K AMG! Ron went that extra mile to give us a price that we couldn't refuse. He also "pulled in favors owed to him" in parts and service to ensure we were 110% happy with our purchase. Even after the sale Ron has emailed and called us to ensure we're happy with our purchase. Ron has help us out with a key problem,after the fact. I offered to pay but Ron refused to accept one red cent. AMAZING!!!
