He also gave me personal service by bringing all my paperwork and the car-to my office, so I did not have to wait on my paperwork. Also, I was a little intimidated by the seemingly complicated technology but Damon from the tech department gave me an informative tutorial, and I have been able to set everything up in my car like a pro! Poor Customer Service. Lack of Concern. Yesterday, while driving on I-4 the tire sensor on my 2015 C300 alerted me that my back right tire was going flat. I pulled over and called the closest Mercedes-Benz dealership, which happened to be Fields Motorcars in Lakeland. I was advised that the service department was closed and I should seek assistance elsewhere. There was no mention of the lifetime roadside service or even the courtesy of providing me with the name of other auto service companies that may be able to assist me. I limped into Discount Auto Tires in Lakeland where I was treated respectfully and although the business was within minutes of closing, the employees offered to stay late to assist me with a tire change. Unfortunately, they did not have the Pirelli run-flat tire that I needed in stock. They pumped up my tire and the customer service agent stated he would call around a find the tire needed and let me know what to do and where to go in the morning. The Discount Auto Tires representative called me this morning and informed me the Fields Motorcars had the tire. Ironic that a representative from a competitor sent me back to where I had been turned away just the day before. Here is the kicker: Fields Motorcars charged me for the replacement run-flat tire that is under warranty and should have been replaced at only the cost of the service. When I questioned Fields Motorcars regarding the warranty that was confirmed by a Pirelli consumer agent, I was told by the Fields Motorcars representative that they had no idea what I was talking about. This leads me to believe that they have charged other customers for tires that they should not have. Fields provided poor service, lack of concern and a willful ignorance of product knowledge. More

I eventually showed interest in a 2014 white e-350. Ron immediately located the key and opened the car for me to sit in the driver's seat. He briefly showed me the basics then off we went for a 5 mile trial ride.When we returned to the lot, Ron continued demonstrating the features, for at least an hour..I got a little nervous about the amount of time he was taking educating me. I wouldn't want anybody to get reprimanded or fired on my account. We finally made a deal that was satisfactory to me.I came back on a rainy labor day to pick up my car.The certified pre-owned car was in the showroom and looking mighty fine. I scrutinized the car and found a little blemish on the fender. Ron took the car to service and had the blemish removed. I Noticed 2 wheel emblems that were not to my satisfaction ..Ron immediately got 2 new ones and replaced them. Before I drove away, Ron spent another long time reviewing what he had taught me previously about the vehicle. I Have had a good experience buying this car. Ron's a knowledgeable, charismatic, professional. I'll probably be back in a year or so (if RON is there) to upgrade. FIelds has a valuable asset named Ron BIgler.... More
Flew All The Way to Florida to Deal With the Best I would've never thought that I would think of buying a car online nor fly all the way from Kansas City to Florida to finally make the deal. Dustin Bailey made it so enjoyable and easy, he personally drove an hour to the airport to pick us up and treated us with such compassion that we have never seen before with any dealer. Right as we got there he had all of the paperwork ready and the car on show for us in no time. I would also like to thank Don Josey for helping us out, taking us back to the airport, and making our trip a breeze. I feel like i didn't only get my dream car but made a couple of new good friends on the way! I would definitely recommend and do business with them again! More
