It just so happened that I found 2 vehicles in the nation that met my requirements - one in Atlanta and one in Florida. I called the Florida dealership first and was put in touch with their Client Advisor, Mr. P.J. Nunez. P.J. was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He understood that I lived out of state and did all the legwork of getting details and additional pics of the vehicle they had on their lot and working to get the vehicle's price where I wanted it. P.J. also gave me his personal cell number so I could reach out to him directly whenever I needed more details or assistance. I must have texted him a 100 times within the span of a week and he quickly responded every time! He even offered to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership if I needed a ride. Talk about customer service! In the end, I flew down to Florida to purchase the vehicle and P.J. met me at the dealership on his day off to make sure the entire process went smoothly - and it definitely did! He explained everything thoroughly, worked with financing, managed my expectations, and even performed the service maintenance on my vehicle since it was approaching soon. I have always been very wary of car salesman, because of their manipulation and shady sales tactics, but P.J. was the polar opposite. This is the way car-buying should be...easy without any undue stress. Thanks, P.J., you've won me over as a repeat buyer! More

Worst Customer Service Ever - Used to be Go-To Deaership This used to be our highest rated, go-to dealership for 2015 Leisure Travel RV Sprinter Van service that we recommended to all our RV Sprinter Van acq This used to be our highest rated, go-to dealership for 2015 Leisure Travel RV Sprinter Van service that we recommended to all our RV Sprinter Van acquaintances - not any more. We took a trip to Newfoundland this past summer and never experienced any tire issues over extremely rutted, potholed roads. Came home, took the RV in for an alignment and tire rotation. After service, took a trip to Sanibel and inside tire lost air due to a stem being replaced by inappropriate type for inside tire during its last service. Called dealership, asked them to replace with original rigid stem and they ARGUED they didn't do it and wouldn't replace it. No one else has serviced this RV since the September rotation - we have records to verify this. You would have thought they would have asked us to bring it in and let them look at, replaced with original rigid stem and kept a happy customer. Guess not...not part of their customer service training. Very sad - will be sure to share this experience with Mercedes, Leisure Travel Vans and at the RV show coming up in Tampa next week. They deliberately chose to LOSE A CUSTOMER over a valve stem. Suggested reading, #TheTenCommandmentsOfGreatCustomerService. More
