He explained what would be don My service experience was exceptional. Jeff Perard was waiting for me when I arrived and was ready to address my needs. He explained what would be done to my car, gave me a great approximation of when I could expect the work to be done, and had my loaner waiting for me. He followed up with a text about how to quickly reach him should I have questions or concerns. The service department quickly and efficiently resolved my problem and Jeff notified me immediately as to when I could retrieve my car. I picked up my sparkling freshly washed car and am extremely satisfied with the repairs. Great work JP and TeamFields! More

Inferior Workmanship Waited almost 7 weeks after my delivering car, various issues and delays, I eventually collected the car to find detail of interior was sub standard, Waited almost 7 weeks after my delivering car, various issues and delays, I eventually collected the car to find detail of interior was sub standard, also when I arrived home the front grill top blade was missing. I have sent Jeff some photos showing the issues. As always, Jeff on the front desk was fine, however, it seems he does not have a great deal of quality control support from the service department.
