P.J. made us feel very comfortable while illustrating the technology and demonstrating the safety features during a stress free test drive. He answered all of our questions in a courteous and friendly manner with an attitude of gratitude for being able to assist us in our decision making process. He made us feel that he had known us for years and never applied any pressure to buy. He introduced us to Eddie who cut right to the chase with an offer for our trade and a short negotiation on a price that we were both happy with. He also explained how he arrived at his offer and answered all of our questions with patience and tolerance. The manner in which he conducted negotiations put us at ease and was what convinced us that we were getting a really good deal. The best car buying experience I ever had thanks to P.J and Eddie.
