Wow what a Magical Touch!! I never thought I would be an owner of a Mercedes but Gary worked with my boyfriend while I was at work when other dealerships of other car brands wou I never thought I would be an owner of a Mercedes but Gary worked with my boyfriend while I was at work when other dealerships of other car brands would not and made it happen!! Also due to it being later in the evening and having a little one with us, we decided to come back another day for the delivery and tutorial and I am still blown away by the special touch they did when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I was so impressed by the professionalism and customer service I immediately made arrangements to fly to Lakeland to pick up my car. PJ provided with all of the logistics. I flew to Tampa and found PJ eagerly awaiting to drive me Lakeland. The facility was immaculate and all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. That whole process took only 20 minutes and then I was lead to a private showroom with just my car and Marcos who lead me through a thorough session to familiarize me with my car. He was professional and knowledgeable. I departed the facility having made a friend in PJ. He is the consummate professional and I plan to have my sister purchase her new Mercedes from him.
