I was so impressed by the professionalism and customer service I immediately made arrangements to fly to Lakeland to pick up my car. PJ provided with all of the logistics. I flew to Tampa and found PJ eagerly awaiting to drive me Lakeland. The facility was immaculate and all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. That whole process took only 20 minutes and then I was lead to a private showroom with just my car and Marcos who lead me through a thorough session to familiarize me with my car. He was professional and knowledgeable. I departed the facility having made a friend in PJ. He is the consummate professional and I plan to have my sister purchase her new Mercedes from him. Rather, Don provided answers to our questions and gave us the information needed to make a decision. The price on the vehicle we were purchasing and the offer on our trade-in were both reasonable, with no negotiation necessary.
