In addition Field Motorcars has not added the "ridiculous" upcharges of $5-$10k to their Sprinters because of these Van shortages as many other Dealers are doing. I had been shopping for a Mercedes dealer to buy a new 2022 S-580 for my wife for Christmas. Since October, I researched Mercedes dealers both in San Diego and Orlando since I just purchased a second hom 2022 S-580 for my wife for Christmas. Since October, I researched Mercedes dealers both in San Diego and Orlando since I just purchased a second home Florida. All of the San Diego dealers wanted $10,000 or more over MSRP. When I arrived in Florida later in October I reviewed all of the Mercedes dealers in the area and after reading many reviews it appeared that Fields Mercedes in Lakeland had the best ratings, so I drove to Lakeland to check them out. When I walked in the showroom I quickly connected with Don Josey and it was obvious that he was passionate and excited to talk about the features in the 2022 S-Class cars.I learned that he had sold cars most of his life and was a long term employee of Fields.I had been driving Mercedes since 1980 and I had one sales rep in San Diego for the last 50 years. I was looking to build a relationship with my Florida Mercedes dealer as well. Don explained that Fields does not markup their cars over MSRP, which won me over right away. Don advised me that they had an S-580 on order and I could customize it to my exact specifications. Don quickly helped me build the exact car with all of my desired options and said that it would be built in Germany next month and shipped to their dealership before Christmas, I am happy to say that Don kept me informed every step of this process and even gave me access to track the cargo ship that had our car as it sailed across the Atlantic. It arrived at the store last Monday and my wife and I picked it up on December 22nd - in time for Christmas just as he had promised, While I was instructed on how to operate all of the new technology features of this amazing car, the finance manager prepared all of the paperwork. When my training was complete I was able to sign all of the documents in less than ten minutes and drove away in our new S580 with a full tank of gas and did a road trip to the Gulf coast and we had a beautiful dinner at Sarasota Bay to celebrate with our new car. This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience that I have had in the last 50 years. Thanks Don for making us part of the Fields family. I can hardly wait for our new EQS-580 to arrive at Fields Motorcars next summer! More

Aiden came to our house first thing on Saturday morning in Fields mobile service Sprinter to install a part to complete Takata airbag recall on our Mercedes-Benz. He also re-checked both passenger and driv in Fields mobile service Sprinter to install a part to complete Takata airbag recall on our Mercedes-Benz. He also re-checked both passenger and driver side airbags to make absolutely sure that every part of the airbag system was properly functioning. The mobile service is super efficient and convenient. Rick Greene, the service manager, personally communicated with Aiden to make sure everything was completed to our 100% satisfaction. Thanks for the peace of mind to feel confident that IF we ever needed the airbag to deploy, that we would be safe. Keep up the great service and thanks again. More
