It's been a very long time since I've purchased/leased a new vehicle so I was a little nervous. I met Glen, my salesman, and he immediately made me feel ate ease, welcome and listened to what I wanted. He took a lot of time with me, and him and Dale came up with a plan to lease the car I wanted. I also spoke with Sam. They were are so friendly and helpful and didn't push me into anything. I left with information to ponder and came back the next morning to sign. Jan in the finance department did my paperwork and she too was so friendly and answered my questions. I also was helped through the insurance transition by Don, who made the switch very easy. This was the best car purchasing experience I have had! I want to thank everyone involved with helping me get into a much needed new car. I appreciate it and Skyland Mazda is a dealer I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again! More

Patronizing and ridiculously expensive I chose to go to the Hickory Mazda dealership due to my experience here. The salesman was patronizing, basically telling me what I wanted and that ge I chose to go to the Hickory Mazda dealership due to my experience here. The salesman was patronizing, basically telling me what I wanted and that getting a different vehicle would be a pain. He also quoted me the straight sticker price and undervalued my trade-in. Even suggested that letting me drive another model would be "a waste of time." Definitely would not go here for sales and am glad I called around to find a nicer dealership. More

Jeremy Shea went above & beyond the call of duty to answer my questions. My most recent vehicle (2014 Mazda3 S Grand Touring) is loaded to the brim with features, which were explained thoroughly by Mr. Shea. As we all know, one can easily spend several hours at a dealership by the time all paperwork is said and done. I am 24 years old and this vehicle was the first I've titled in my name without a parent cosigner. I had LOTS of questions for Jeremy, Miss Perkins and the AllState representative, Sena. A huge thank you to those folks for their patience in assisting me with my agreement. It is readily apparent that those associates I spoke with enjoy their job, even the gentleman answering phone calls appeared to enjoy his role. Two thumbs up for Skyland Automotive! More

My wife had previously purchased a vehicle through Brad at Skyland and when I decided to go to Skyland for getting a vehicle for myself I knew there was only one person I wanted to talk to, Brad. Brad kept to his word on everything he had told my wife and his honesty and perseverance in dealing with issues made such a good impression on me that I knew that he was the only salesperson I wanted to talk to. When I began looking into getting a new vehicle I visited multiple dealerships and looked at multiple different models. In these dealings I was exposed to almost every sales tactic in the book, from the overbearing and unmovable to the smooth yet underhanded. Brad does not engage in any of these tactics, he is kind, honest, and legitimately cares about the people he is dealing with. Brad will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and give you an honest assessment of whatever part of the car buying process you are in. Whether its the product or the numbers he will be straightforward and find the best fit for you.
