My experience was that the members of the sales team were motivated but intuitive to the customers needs. Was told my service would take between 30 minutes to an hour, after two hours of waiting I went to the front desk and the service desk worker said they were waiting on authorization from me for additional hour, after two hours of waiting I went to the front desk and the service desk worker said they were waiting on authorization from me for additional work that needed to be done. I advised him that I was there only for the service I scheduled. Then waited 15 more minutes for them to drive my vehicle down from the maintenance bay to the dealership to deliver to me. More
