I was searching for a used RAV4 and Fields had a listing with lower mileage and the features I was seeking. After calling to check on the status, I decided to visit the same day and was happy with the test with lower mileage and the features I was seeking. Johnna was very patient as I asked dozens of questions about the history, pricing, and how to use the tech features. Ultimately, they let me put a deposit down and pick up the vehicle a couple days later since I wasn’t trading in my car. Johnna was knowledgeable and kind throughout the process. Sam was a joy to be around and efficient, making the warranty review and lengthy paperwork feel like less of a chore.
