Not knowing where people look for dealer reviews, I am posting both here and Google. I admit that the process of buying a new car seemed daunting. So many horror stories and reviews. Some dealers never responded to inquiries. I finally decided on Fields Mazda in Asheville, NC. Even though it was over 100 miles away and farther than some other Mazda dealers. Very good decision. I spoke with Nathanael on the phone to ask a few questions and made an appointment. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was smooth and pleasant. Thank you Nathanael. I love my new CX-30. I also want to mention Lillie, the finance manager. Her friendliness and personality made the paperwork easy and even fun. Thank you Lillie for a great car-buying experience. I highly recommend Fields Mazda and the people there. More
I had an appointment at 11:00 for a recall software update which should take 30-60 minutes (at a maximum!). 2 hours and a half later my car was ready. After putting off buying a newer car for many years I gave in and shopped online and then visited a dealership in the area for a 24 Toyoto Rav 4. After looking at two Rav 4 it was apparent that the sales gave in and shopped online and then visited a dealership in the area for a 24 Toyoto Rav 4. After looking at two Rav 4 it was apparent that the salesperson and I were not on the same page on our thinking. I left and never looked back. The very next day, my grown son and I decided to drive through the Fields Mazada lot and I liked what I could see of the snow covered inventory. We went inside where we met Brent and he was knowledgeable and aware of what I needed to meet my needs. He described a MC30 that was on the lot and had it cleaned of snow and showed it to us. I liked it enough to drive it and it handled nicely, and had all the heated seats, and sunroof and other features I didn't know I needed, All these features are standard! I wasn't planning on buying that day but I couldn't come up with a reason not to buy. It's been a couple of weeks now, and I become more and more satisfied and relieved the hunt is over. Thanks to Brent for his kindness and knowledge of the MC30 and to Lillie for her knowledge when processing the financial details. My son and I enjoyed the day buying my 2025 MC30. More
