I was very surprised after the struggle with Betty, the scheduling lady. Betty would not return calls and was rude and overtly hostile when I was finally able to talk to her, suggesting that I go to a dealership in another city. I love my Mazda but told others that I would never have bought it if I had realized that I would have such a difficult time scheduling service with no alternative dealership close by. I am giving Five stars in spite of Betty because it is not right for others to have difficulties because of her. All others were welcoming and the waiting area was lovely and comfortable with an open view and complete with snacks. More
We purchased our lease end CX-5 from Field’s and have gotten service there. They recently did front and rear brakes and a rear differential service. Another service member sent me a YouTube video on how to clean debris out of our blower motor, saving us time and money. More
