Both individuals are very knowledgeable relative to the vehicle’s extensive capabilities, not to mention very helpful and accommodating during the sales negotiation process. Also very helpful was Kat, the Finance Manager with whom we worked. She ever so professionally, and thoroughly walked us through the many options related to extended warranty products that Chrysler offers, thereby helping us to select the option that best fit our needs. Totally absent in her approach were the exhausting and annoying high-pressure tactics that we have experienced during similar, past discussions at other dealerships. What a pleasant and welcome surprise! Simply spoken, working with Fields was a totally positive experience. We are very happy with the great people we encountered, as well as with our new vehicle. Fabulous customer service in the service department. I told my service tech I had a rattle in the sunroof, and the heating/AC fan made a humming noise, and unfortunately both were quiet when I brought in told my service tech I had a rattle in the sunroof, and the heating/AC fan made a humming noise, and unfortunately both were quiet when I brought in the vehicle. She called me later I’m the day to tell me they ordered a repair kit for the sunroof and a new blower fan. They called me three days later to tell me the parts were in and I’m bringing me Jeep in next week to have the new parts installed, both under warranty. Great service. Great follow up! More
