My experience here has strengthened my love for owning a Jeep now. I actually look forward to my service appointments mostly hanging out while my Jeep is being serviced using their powerful WiFi and having a few snacks and coffee as I wait. Prior to Fields in Glenview, I use to take my Jeep to a different dealership when I lived in the city. The previous dealership felt dirty, disorganized and their customer service skills was at best a D+. Their service advisors were always changing and two out of the three were like bad used car salesman. Now at Fields in Glenview, I have the best experience with my service advisor Peter. He always comes outside with a sincere smile to greet me when I arrive and is super knowledgable when asked specific questions. Having an experienced and nice service advisor like Peter included with a top notch dealership/service dept. has restored my faith in owning a Jeep compared to my previous experience. The positive and cool vibe here is an experience that needs to be the "Model" for all dealerships out there lacking this. Did not purchase my Jeep there, but went there for periodic maintenance. I have family members who have bought cars there and have them serviced there and told me that Fields was fair and responsive periodic maintenance. They performed 60,000 mile maintenance at reasonable price. An oil leak was found and the Laura, the service advisor made the arrangements for repair with my extended warranty company, saving me a great deal of time! While I waited for the service, there was a very clean, friendly environment with beverages and snacks provided. More
