Brought my Escalade in today last minute for an oil change and tire rotation. I had my three children with me and Joe went above and beyond to make sure that someone on the team dropped me to Ford’s ga change and tire rotation. I was pleased with the service, but the car wash was mediocre at best. Also, found grease on the driver's seat, the driver's door frame and on the driver's arm rest.
