Wonderful experience with our new purchase of an XT5. Excellent service! Our appointment took 2 hours and we didn’t even mind. The waiting room is very comfortable and my husband enjoyed a free lunch at the dealership! I was very disappointed today in the customer service I received; The service coordinator was on the phone for the first three minutes as I sat at the desk finally acknowledged me his conversation station received; The service coordinator was on the phone for the first three minutes as I sat at the desk finally acknowledged me his conversation station proceeded for another two or three minutes. I felt the staff was tired and lackluster no smiles are enthusiasm that’s for sure. After my oil change filter tire rotation and alignment was complete and I paid my bill the coordinator did not asked me if I wanted to use any of my GM points towards the bill nor insured me that the 300+ dollars I spent would earn me any points. I was most frustrated when I got in my car and the Sirius XM radio station was on a different channel and they left the dashboard in service mode. As I scrolled to return it back to my settings I noticed that the tire pressures were all different I would’ve thought since they did a tire rotation they would’ve made sure that all my tires were the same pressure. Needless to say I’m not sure I returned this one I may just go back to Daytona if that’s the kind of service I’m going to get by going to Saint Augustine which is out of my way More
