In the past Fields was great. Today I brought my SRX in because the steering wheel starting vibrating after my last visit in December. My service man Joseph called and told me I needed new tires at around $780. Funny thing, is I purchased 4 brand new tires 6 months ago. He repeated that I needed tires. I asked him if he looked at the tires I said that is disheartening since the tires are brand new. Again, he asked me if I wanted them to put new tires on. "I don't need new tires, it has to be something else" i said. Joseph responded with My foreman told me you need tires. The records show I refused new tires 6 months ago, went somwlewhere else for the same exact tires, $200 less. And it's too bad, I was going to inquire about purchasing the XT4 loaner. Not feeling it! More

Had a flat tire, my fault (I hit a curb! ) so I brought the wheel and tire in for replacement. Thank goodness the wheel was OK but the tire was beyond repair. Excellent job of replacing the passenger side window regulator on very short notice! Called for an appointment, Michelle scheduled my repair within the hour. The technician promptly met me at 12:00 PM a regulator on very short notice! Called for an appointment, Michelle scheduled my repair within the hour. The technician promptly met me at 12:00 PM and processed my vehicle on for repair. Joe, the Service Advisor, also provided outstanding Customer Service by keeping me informed of the repair process.
