Joe at Fields Cadillac is an awesome service rep. He is extremely knowledgeable and works hard for his customers. Worst Cadillac dealership ever. Dropped my car off because there was ZERO sound. No radio, no blinker sound, nothing & my dash was glitching & shutting off. Was told they ordered a Dropped my car off because there was ZERO sound. No radio, no blinker sound, nothing & my dash was glitching & shutting off. Was told they ordered a part that day (Friday). Got a text Monday that part won’t be in for a week or more. I called to get a loaner & had to plead my case how this is a “safety concern” that my display blacks out while driving (unable to see my speed) with 3 children in the car to Jake because he told me “in Cadillacs eyes this is not a safety concern”. He lacks majorly in customer service and the ability to talk to people at all. I’m shocked he works with the public. His manager Kevin put me in a loaner, Kevin was very nice and understood my concern. We texted for status of my Escalade after a couple days, no text back or communication. We get a text message that my car is halfway fixed 3 days later, but a piece is back ordered from “2 weeks to several months” but that they would come drop my my Escalade and pick up their loaner the next day. My Escalade arrived to my house today TANK ON EMPTY & the didn’t even vacuum or anything. (They knew my car was going to be delivered for ATLEAST a day in advance) Worst service dept ever. Their only saving grace is the man who drives the cars. He’s precious and gentle and sweet. I’m Driving $100k car to have CRAP service from the dealership. More

I moved to St Augustine over 3 years ago and I’ve been elated with Fields for my car servicing. Fast, thorough, and fair….they take time to talk through repairs and don’t try to nickel and dime everytime elated with Fields for my car servicing.
