After an initial search for a new Cadillac, Google of course let knowledgeable and professional auto dealer I have ever experienced in my 60+ years! After an initial search for a new Cadillac, Google of course let every dealership within 200 miles know that I was looking...out of 20 calls and 30+ emails (multiple from the same dealer), she was the one individual that left a voicemail that stated, just there for any assistance in your search.... every other left canned or scripted messages or texts call me call me, I have a deal for you, was totally exhausting and had to turn the ring /text alert off! I called her 2 days later, I explained what I was looking for, pricing I was willing to pay, trade in I would accept, knew what my fico was, terms I wanted and no upsell at the close...She worked it up (several cars) in a matter of 2 hours, emailed everything back. I went to the dealership and hour later, they offered lunch, refreshments, I got to know a beautiful soul...Bill Bingham -Finance Mgr) had me do the final paperwork in a matter of 15 minutes, she gave me a lesson on all the features, and I was out of there within an hour and a half.... this has to be the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a new car....Thanks to Kim, Bill and all the people behind you....can I say, THIS CAR IS HEAVEN....CT5 Sport, cool and gorgeous!
