Fields Cadillac repeatedly went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable within their dealership and on the road with my loaner while my car was being repaired. Joe in the service department was exceptional keeping us informed of the repair status of our car recently. It took 10 days to complete the repair as it had to be towed to their sister dealership in Daytona informed of the repair status of our car recently. It took 10 days to complete the repair as it had to be towed to their sister dealership in Daytona. Joe consistently kept us updated - which was tremendously appreciated!
