Although we had an out of state car buying experience, we have no regrets because PJ made sure we knew all the details about the car and he personally made sure we will be getting exactly what we have been told. It was also easy working with Bill, the finance manager. He answered all our questions and made doing the paperwork a breeze. When we got to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, the dealership was in excellent condition. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and made us feel welcoming. When we picked up the vehicle we which was a used, we were delighted to see that the vehicle as mentioned was in pristine condition and exactly what we were expecting. I broke down in the Publix parking lot. A call was made to Cadillac and spoke to Joe. Needed to try and start the car again, and if it worked bring it right in to the dealership.
