My wife left a google review over a week ago and to date we still know nothing really about the car other than parts have been ordered. This place is a joke as well as the GM. All I can say is good luck if you buy a piece of xxxx Cadillac and do not expect any transparent communication from this sh!thole dealership. I would also like to add, look at the canned response you get from the GM, you are a guest not a customer that he needs to satisfy. I am not a guest I AM A CUSTOMER THAT IS UNHAPPY AND YOU NEED TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!! I have worked in a retail environment for 35 years and the customer is always right. Even if they are not you still do what you can to make it right. Like I said I have been in retail for years and you do the right thing. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! After 2 weeks my wife got her car back on Friday last week. It was running rough like it had a cam in it. We got up on Saturday Morning and went to get rid of the piece of crap and I checked the oil life and seen that it was at 18%, now they had the car for 15 freaking days or more and no one checked that?????? Why not change the oil when it is that low and you have had it that long? On our way to get rid of it we got a call from the service dept. letting us know that they just noticed that the oil life was low and that they should have changed it while they had it... REALLY YA THINK!!!!!!!!. This whole dealership should be shut down because of the blatant ignorance that exists here. I am so glad that we got rid of the piece o' xxxx and have moved on to a better quality Car and with a dealership that is not incompetent. I will not recommend a Fields dealership to anyone including my worst enemy. Good Riddance. More

Don’t deal with these people. After not having the car I came to see after asking the salesman directly about it I went back after a sales manager called and said I would deal with him. After going back he came to see after asking the salesman directly about it I went back after a sales manager called and said I would deal with him. After going back he handed me off to the guy who I originally spoke with. I drove the car which they hadn’t even bothered to clean up but decided to buy the car because it’s what I wanted. Then after I signed the deal the salesman showed me all the paint chips in the hood but told me not to worry it wouldn’t cost ME that much to fix and in fact he had a buddy who could do it. Of course it’s not a lot of money when it’s mine and not his. Bad buying experience and won’t buy another car there. Bobby More
