Excellent Customer Service I have been driving Cadillacs for years. Just recently having a terrible time with good customer service. I cannot say how pleased I am with the service I received yesterday here in Jacksonville!!! Three hour drive and well worth it. Had a little breakfast, then offered a loaner (!) car!! Kept me updated and I'm very very satisfied with the work from Molly, for struggling the car seat out and in, to JR, to Jim the Manager for his help. Thank you Fields for renewing my faith in Cadillacs once again !! I'll drive the three hours for future repairs. No longer disgruntled!! More

Customer service was great. Our new Cadillac CTX 2014 was in for paint chip fix and to do the seal coating inside & outside. It was promised back to us in 2-3 days. We was great. We were traveling from PA to Florida when my car told me to "service rear axle" Your service department was wonderful at going over my whole car and making sure we had a safe trip home. They took the time to "service rear axle" Your service department was wonderful at going over my whole car and making sure we had a safe trip home. They took the time to check out the whole car, not just what the error message was. They also washed it and vacuumed it. After a 13 hour trip I appreciated that. I was able to pull in without an appointment and they took care of me as if I was a regular customer. I highly recommend this dealership! More
