I went in to purchase some parts for our car and the Parts department checked to see if we were up to date on our recalls. This saved me from purchasing some parts. The service department quickly had me Parts department checked to see if we were up to date on our recalls. This saved me from purchasing some parts. The service department quickly had me set up to perform the recalls. The day they had the car Robert called as he said he would to keep me posted on the progress of our repairs. When we got there to pick up the car we were greeted by Robert and he personally escorted us to our repaired and freshly cleaned vehicle. The entire staff at fields is helpful and pleasant.
