I have had a number of car dealership experiences in my 60 + years but this most recent experience was by far the best one ever; and its all thanks to Jason Price. 650i Fault diagnosis Had a problem with my 650i which suddenly developed an electrical fault. Called the dealership and dropped the car off an hour is so later. The car had a battery problem, door lock issue and a split hose on the turbo. All of the problems were sorted the same day and I picked the car up the next morning. The car had previously had the problem with the door locks which the dealership could not find but with the help of some nifty video evidence the fault was addressed on this visit. Recommend the service at this dealership. More

Interesting day that could have gone better I have never had bought a car from Fields BMW before and thought I would give them a try. I was from out of town and they had a particular car that I I have never had bought a car from Fields BMW before and thought I would give them a try. I was from out of town and they had a particular car that I wanted to upgrade to. I entertained their "e-price" feature on the vehicle and received a timely reply with the new price on the car. It took them two days to follow up from there, and in the mean time I submitted a finance pre-approval. Maria contacted me and we eventually came to terms on a deal, this include me putting a deposit of $1000 on the car to hold it. I must say Maria was very polite and very easy going to work with. I personally believe they could have done better on the trade, but oh well. I told them that I would be there the following Saturday to take deliver, expecting the car to be cleaned and ready. However, when I showed up the car had not been pulled from the sales lot and in fact was still for sale! Also, the vehicle was dirty and clearly not ready for me to take delivery. This immediately got my anxiety up and when I went inside to ask for Maria, they told me she no longer worked there! At this point I began to seriously question who I gave a $1000 to! A sales man came out and reassured us that someone would help us since Maria was no longer there, but acted like they had no idea about the deal. While this is ok, I would expect a manager to step up and reassure us since he/she should have taken the responsibility to ensure that her dealings were taken care of before her departure. Luckily, they honored the deal that was negotiated previously but again no manager ever came to apologize or anything since the situation got messed up. At one point we had been told the sales manager would come talk to us but he never did. I guess he was too busy or weren't spending enough money to warrant a moment of his time. I have to say that Ariel and Santos stepped up and did a great job given the situation and made sure the deal was as good as can be. Even after the paperwork was signed, there was no manager to even say thank you for the business. I have been in various levels of management for seven years, to include middle management in supervising 24 people. If my employees had messed up and inconvenienced a customer, I would offer them my reassurance and insure that I did something to make the experience top notch, but that didn't happen. Overall, I would say the overall experience was average given what happened. Ariel and Santos are top notch and if I was a competitor looking for talent to steal I would recruit these two guys. If it was not for them then my ratings would have been lower. As far as the managers or the lack there of, if I was senior management, I would seriously question why they didn't personally reassure or thank a customer since this is contrary to the company's mission statement, "Fields matters, because you matter". If Bert Smith BMW had the car I wanted, I would have given them the business since their manager thanks you personally for doing business with them. Just my two cents for what it's worth..... More

Vehicle puchase Maria was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the product. She provided a thorough demonstration of the the car and all of its features. She was always quick to provide answers to all my questions. A really great salesperson! Santos handled all the final paperwork and was knowledgeable and got us through the process as quickly as possible. Great overall experience! More
