Bad service Went in for an oil change that took almost three hours with only three cars in the service area when i showed up at 9a.m. Was told that it was 110$ a Went in for an oil change that took almost three hours with only three cars in the service area when i showed up at 9a.m. Was told that it was 110$ and i explained to the service rep that I paid 83$ last time for an oil change on the same car. He said my car is a 540i which is a V8 and takes more oil, ignoring the fact that I paid 83$ last time i was there. When my car was finished and washed, it sat for thirty minutes extra outside the service area as the rep spoke with someone that he seemed to know personally as they were laughing and chatting for a good amount of time. If not for me going to inquire if my car was ready he would still be chatting with his friend and I would have waited longer. Very unprofessional IMO of the way he acted. I will not be returning to this dealership for work to be done on my in the future. More
They made a mistake and tried to make me pay I took my BMW 550i to dealer since my lights were not working. They told me I would need to replace the Light Control Module which was $1325+Tax. They had to order it from another dealer location so I had to leave car there. They did give me a loaner car a 2015 BMW X1. It wasn't as nice as my car but it took me from point A to B. While waiting two days later I get a call from the dealer and they got the LCM installed but they had to reprogram the car and their not able to program the radio. They weren't sure why it wasn't going through. So they had to contact BMW. The next day they called me stating that I need to replace my Car Communication Computer which was the radio\navigation/DVD which was another $1500. I was confused because when I dropped it off at the dealer the radio was working fine, now their telling me it's not working. I wasn't satisfied with that solution so I spoke with the manager he couldn't do anything so I contacted BMW corporate to file a complaint. I even spoke with a technician over the phone who stated the LCM is not connected to the CCC radio. So it appears whoever was working on the vehicle possibly shorted out the radio and they tried to make me pay for it as a repair. BMW corporate contacted the dealer and agreed to replace my CCC radio with no charge to me. But if I never went that route I would've been out almost $3k. They also had to order the CCC so I got my car back finally almost a week later. More
NOT A BMW CAR DEALER On July 31, 2015 I was at the Fields BMW south dealership on Orange Blossom Trail, after being at the dealership for five hours, I was ready to On July 31, 2015 I was at the Fields BMW south dealership on Orange Blossom Trail, after being at the dealership for five hours, I was ready to sign a lease on a red 2015 335i. After negotiations with Mikhail Bouzko we agreed on $55,000. Since it's a 2015 they wanted to get rid of the car and of course 31st of the month. As I was about to sign the contract I noticed the price went up to 57,000+. They added 1,800+ on the deal for the trade of my 2014 335i BMW that I lease in September of last year, neither he or the salesman Greg informed me of the increase for the trade in before signing. It seemed like they were desperate in their attempts to make their sale and meet their end of the month quotas, that in turn were not clear with me. My BMW is still sales for around $40,000 and is in excellent condition with just over 6k+ miles more since I leased it last September. The pay off is around $38,000. All they said was "we are paying it off" never mentioning that they were only paying of for $37k! I felt like they tried to take advantage of me and deceive me. Maybe they thought that after being there for five hours I may have missed the increase, (since I was tired of being there for so long) by that time we have transfer all my personal belongings from my car to the other car and also the tags where transfer. After being gone for a while as a customer of BMWs for some time( I had Lexus vehicles since 2007) I had decided to go back with BMWs last year with Fields BMW in Winter Park, and felt I could trust that I could go to another location and have the same great quality experience as I had in the past in Winter Park. I was sadly mistaken. When I arrived to the dealership at 4pm the ladies restroom was out of paper towels and by 8pm out of toilet paper and also very dirty. I brought it to the attention of the salesman Greg, and he replied "busy day". If only the owner of this dealership knew what was going on , at this dealership. I will NEVER GO TO THAT DEALER TO BUY A CAR AGAIN ! To be honest , what hurts the most is having my credit checked ( even though I understand they did a auto check) as I have over an 800+ score and it will affect my credit score ! Also they lost my insurance card since no one knew who had it last when they took copies of it. WHAT A MESS ! More

I initially had credit problems with getting approval with previous dealership, and was reluctant to deal with Fields BMW, a top of the line auto dealership. I said to myself, "It's no way that I'm going to get a car from all places, Fields BMW!!" Well, Jason Price made all this possible thru his hard work, perseverance and positive attitude. Jason Price is a professional, sincere, and it would be my privilege to call "a friend." Btw, all the used cars that I inspected in the Fields BMW dealership were all in mint condition! I am ecstatic to say that Jason Price and Fields BMW are a first class car dealership! More

I wanted to sell it but I was upside down and my credit had been damaged due a divorce. I told him that he couldn't help me but he insisted that he could. Jason worked very hard for me and he listened to what was important to me in a new used BMW. He delivered a better car than I ever expected and a far better interest rate than I thought I would get. In addition he delivered on every promise, conducted himself like a gentleman and was a true pro. I will continue to do business with Jason and will recommend anyone that I know looking for a new car to him. More
