From beginning to end my experience with Norman Frede was phenomenal! The Sales Rep., John Bowlin was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle of choice (Tahoe) and demonstrated all of the latest features wh phenomenal! He was very honest and straight forward through the whole process. I even try to be in the area when it's time for service (oil changes, tire rotations, etc...) because of the super star service I get from the moment I pull up to the moment I get my vehicle back!
