Excellent customer service from Stephen. My wife and I scheduled a meeting with him in December 2009, not to buy anything but instead to just discuss what we had in mind, our price range, and to get fee scheduled a meeting with him in December 2009, not to buy anything but instead to just discuss what we had in mind, our price range, and to get feedback from him about what to expect for future maintenance and operating costs. Steve spent considerable time with us, knowing quite well there was no immediate sale pending. After our discussion, he indicated the best thing to do would be to just sit tight and wait to see if a car that met our desires and price range would become available. He called us in February 2010, and suggested we come see a 2004 360 Modena that he had just gotten. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we quickly negotiated a price and finalized the sale a week or so later. Subsequent to agreeing to a price, the mechanic uncovered a few issues (needed new tires, brakes, and shifter linkage adjustment. Steve covered all these costs for us, which was greatly appreciated. I would deal with Steve again certainly; we will likely trade in the 360 in a few years and will go to Ferrari of Atlanta first. More
