I am actually the son of the person who purchased this vehicle ( 2012 Maserati Gran turismo S) but i worked with Scott to finalize the deal. Firstly, i would like to stress the absolute enduring professio vehicle ( 2012 Maserati Gran turismo S) but i worked with Scott to finalize the deal. Firstly, i would like to stress the absolute enduring professionalism and helpfulness that Scott has given me for probably 5 plus years of being associated with this dealership. A little history... Over the course of those 5 years i have NOT purchased a single vehicle from them. Through no fault of the dealership i just have not been able to pull the trigger on a used ferrari that i have been seeking for a whhile now because i just always seem to have something keeping me from finalizing the deal. Be it poor position in my current trade or having to switch focus to a company research vehicle. But, instead of writing me off as a tire kicker wasting their time ( which having owned personally over 100 cars i am not lol ). Scott simply accepted that the deals were just not coming together to my liking and always respected my decisions. Never Ever did ANY of the staff at Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta make me feel anyhting other than a valued cusotmer. And that speaks volumes for a company that honestly IS in the business to sell cars after all. When my father started looking for an exciting and powerful Gt car to drive he was pretty much all over the board. We looked at AMG class Mercedes, Audi's, and even Aston Martins. I personally had seen the Gran Turismos at the dealership while shopping for Ferraris but never really got to know the brand well. One call to Scott changed all that for us. Instead of simply taking the low road and easy path of trash talking the competition , he instead chose to thoroughly educate us on the passion and unique attributes of the Maserati. We were simply blown away at the knowledge he had of the car and my father was sold!! In the end , EVERYTHING from the sales segment to the presentation of the vehicle , and finally the finance experience was smooth as silk. We drove out without ANY feeling of stress or fatigue.
