My first experience with Ferrari of Atlanta and Stephen Eckhoff was in September 1995 when I bought my very first Ferrari. Their Service Department has also been there for me every time whether it was for routine maintenance or a phone call with a question. There has never been a time that Wade has not answered any question that I have had since 1995 and has given me excellent service on my Ferrari which shows long term commitment by their employees. I just recently purchased a extremely low mileage, 10,600, 1988 Ferrari 328 GTS that Stephen had to search for and found. I could not be any more satisfied. Also There was a time when I needed a discontinued part and Harold in the Parts Department went out of his way and found exactly what I needed in a salvage yard. I have never been so impressed with a dealership. I know without question that it does not matter who I call at Ferrari of Atlanta that they will always be there for me. More

He truly made my buying experience very easy and enjoyable. When I first visited the dealership, Michael was very knowledgeable about all of the features and options on the various Ferrari models. I came back in a second time to look at a Ferrrari 360 Spider. I thought it was nice until Michael showed me the 2006 Ferrari F430 F1 Spider. After taking it for a test drive, I was hooked. The car was a consignment vehicle so it took a few days to fianlize the deal. I really felt that Michael went to bat for me throughout the negotiation process. He also was able to get all of the service completed as part of the deal. When I came in to pick up te vehicle he once again showed me all of the features and options that were on the car. My experience with FOA, Steven Eckhoff, Wade Williams, and the rest of the staff was first-class all the way. Steven is very straightforward and honest, and if he tells you something, you can count on it and the rest of the staff was first-class all the way. Steven is very straightforward and honest, and if he tells you something, you can count on it being true. They made the entire process comfortable and easy. My experience left me very impressed. We reached an agreement on the purchase price, subject to a mechanical inspection. The car later turned out to have some valve guide issues that were discovered during the PPI. If you know 355's this is not an uncommon problem, but unfortunately is very expensive to fix. The guys at FOA immediately offered to have all the work done to repair the car 100% to my satisfaction, and still sell the car at the previously agreed upon price. This ended up being a very expensive repair, but they made the car right. To me, this says a lot about the integrity of the guys at FOA. It would have been much easier for them to just re-list the car and sell it to someone else who was not aware of the valve issues, as the car ran and drove perfectly with no signs of any trouble. The fact that they went out of their way to make good on their word, even at considerable financial cost to them, says all you need to know about how this dealership operates. I would highly recommend Steven and FOA to anyone who is in the market. I will definitely check with them first for any future purchases, and would happily be a repeat customer. More
I was kept abreast the entire time the car was in production to the time it got on a ship, to port, and then to the dealership. The service department did their typical excellent service and warranty inspection giving me total peace of mind with the new purchase. All of the foks at FoA are helpful, knowledgeable, and customer focused. They go out of ther way to make the purcase experience a nice one from start to finish. I was never rushed or pressured. Over the next few years, I came into the dealership from time to time to look at the California, and each time, I had a warm and friendly experience with each person I met. When I finally decided to buy a new California last year, my salesman, Michael Mills, was the most helpful of any salesman I had ever worked with at any other dealership. Not only was I buying a truly amazing car, I was having an amazing experience in the buying process. Michael had great recommendations as we built the car on the computer. My Ferrari California was delivered about seven months later. I give a “great” ratings to this dealership, the salesman (Michael Mills), the entire sales department, the friendliness, and my experience.
