In the sales area, I worked mainly with Steven Eckhoff who did a wonderful job following up with me after delivery to find out about the super-sophisticated radar detector/laser jammer installed in the car by a previous owner. Scott Pochick was the sales professional that helped my wife and I, and I mean professional, he was genuinely outstanding in his knowledge and helpfulness. The Maserati was for my wife and I decided to surprise her, a delicate and complex feat that Scott generously spent an inordinate amount of time helping me arrange. He proved himself at every turn in the sales process. From the moment we entered the dealership, Scott distinguished himself, with a courteous no pressure approach, right until the after sales review with my wife of all the car's amazing features. Even more importantly, in 2008 I had purchased another Maserati from another dealership and the experience was so utterly lacking it turned me off the brand for several years. The Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta dealership was far from our Buckhead address but I would strongly recommend to anyone considering such a luxury sport brand to make the effort to visit them.
