We've purchased 2 CX-5's from Ferman, one a Certified Pre-Owned with a wraparound extended warranty. Recentley, while out of state, we had a mechanical issue that rerquired immediate attention. Further checked leanred there was a data enry error and the policy was still active. I contacted Jeff Shegog at Ferman, he got right on it. He had the error corrected, ensuring the repairs were covered. Jeff went above and beyond the "call of duty," providing his personel cell number, making and taking calls to help us when needed most.
