Right from the start Charlie was friendly and attentive to my needs and truly made me feel at home & comfortable. My budget put me in the certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 category. Over the course of 2 half days, Charlie let me drive 4 vehicles! He was patient and kind, and I believed that it didn't it matter if I spent $20k or $200k as Charlie just wanted me to have the correct vehicle for my needs and happiness. I settled on a '22 Maxda CX-5 "CPO". The entire process was smooth from GM negotiations to Finance. At the end of the day, I got a car I love at the price that fit my budget. That Army brotherhood is real—there is a shared sense of directness, mutual respect, and looking out for one another that made the entire experience even better. This was our second Mazda purchased from Ferman Mazda of Brandon (our fourth Mazda), and the entire process was once again smooth, professional, and refreshingly easy.
