All the service advisors are professional, friendly and intentional about customer service. After 5 years we will need to change service centers. Staff has changed and is no longer customer centric. After a major repair you did not honor your service agreement warranty. Service department is relatively receptive and helpful. I do think they need to be a little more thorough when customer can’t really explain exactly what the issue is, but knows there is an issue.
