The service person was telling me things that were not true, such as, I shouldn’t ever rotate the tires on my 2024 dually, and that they couldn’t diagnose my parking brake issue unless the light was activ true, such as, I shouldn’t ever rotate the tires on my 2024 dually, and that they couldn’t diagnose my parking brake issue unless the light was actively on. I know modern vehicles store codes. I took my truck to a different dealership and they fixed the problem. It needed a software update. The light wasn’t on.
