Arrived and was told because it was an EV that it would be 3-4 hours. Online appointment system gave no indication of that. Waited at dealership for 4 hours only to learn no one had looked at it yet. I bought a brand new GMC Denali 3500 and got an extend warranty and maintenance with it.. The staff starting off was great I came in they explained the fuel filter part was not included but the labor wasn warranty and maintenance with it.. This last time they called and said I need a transmission update and warranty just ran out, and there is an oil leak and the idler arm and pitman arm is bad over 2 weeks and three phone calls ever time they called it was something else. They communicated well they called and add to the list regularly and let me know they weren’t done. I didn’t need it so I was fine it took two weeks I finally said enough and refused to have the arms and alignment done and I aprriciate GMC paying for half of the oil leak repair, but adding something when the called and not looking at it and comeback with a thorough inspection upfront seemed shady. I had an oil change around 3 months prior under warranty and maintenance and no problems 90 days later out of warranty and problems Sorry doesn’t seem honest either. Hopefully you look into it and see I never missed a maintenance check, I never denied anything like fuel filter isn’t covered since day one and buying the car was awesome as well. At the last oil change and through out the entire time the turbo they have tried wrapping and has made noise this last time out of warranty we can’t hear it. Unfortunately you lost my business. The update to the transmission did make it shift correctly. Thanks for that. More

Purchased a used Vehicle. It made it 12 miles off the lot, before issues. The sales person was great about trying to help. After it was decided the vehicle would be returned i It made it 12 miles off the lot, before issues. The sales person was great about trying to help. After it was decided the vehicle would be returned is when the real headaches began, when issued a refund check it bounced. The finance department didn't authorize it because they forgot. And it took an entire afternoon for the dealership to get the vehicle from a shop 5 miles away so I could retrieve my property. More
