I will never buy a car from Kia again. I have had my car in shop three times car was brand new shutting off going down the road ac did not work and the guy in the service department is rude. Reported wheels squeeling multiple times they did nothing. Service guy said normal wear and tear. Guy in service talked to me and my husband like we were dumb. They do not honor the free tires for life said i had to have 6-8 services done i have my car for one year. My thread comming thru my tires. My husband demanded that they fix it the service guy shrugged his shoulders said IDC I get paid whether I change it or not. My car was left there all day long smoke coming out of vents with heat and AC reported since I had it he claims he drained it and refilled it. Idk what that will fix and spoke to Ben he agreed to not replace tires. He did not correct the behavior or made us feel he would correct the behavior of the service man comments. Over all I thought management would be better but Ben was worst. Kia has done this multiple times with other people. They put cheap tires on ur car and then expect u to pay. They are nice while ur buying but when ur out the door they are done they change contracts on people and do not honor the ones you have when u had car. Called Ford in Milford to ask about tires gave us a discount and apologized and told us for now on come to them for service. They have had alot of complaints regarding Kia In Felton tires. I hope other people do not experience what we went thru at Felton Kia will never buy another car from them and will never again do service there they acted like we were asking for free stuff when it was promised when u bought ur car. Sales is great until u walk out with keys. More
I bought a Kia from this dealer in 2017. Took it there for brakes. They tried to tell me I needed a $600 brake job, got it for $200. Next time they tried to sell me an Air Filter for $90. Got it at Aut for brakes. They tried to tell me I needed a $600 brake job, got it for $200. Next time they tried to sell me an Air Filter for $90. Got it at AutoZone for $15. Mind you when I bought the car, I bought an extended warranty. They are now saying that only covers the powertrain. Then they tried to tell me I didn't buy the car there. I told them the salesman was less than 50 feet away. I had to ask him to be brought over three times to clarify the warranty. Now I have a broken tailgate latch. They tried to sell it for $100. Bought an OEM part for $44. A salesman told me they treat all minority customers this way. Caveat Emptor. More

Not fixing the problem the first time Some time on February I took my vehicle to Kia Motors because 2 lights was on for the tires pressure and the one for the breaks.. I been calling Kia for the last 2 days to take my vehicle to get check and today finally I get a call back from there manager.. I explain to him about the same to lights are back on and I need them to be check.. I told him I only can take the car on a Saturday due that I work 2 full tome jobs and he said” he doesn’t have the proper technician to diagnose my vehicle on Saturdays.. I ask him can I take the vehicle somewhere else and he said if it’s not a Kia dealership I was going to have to paid to get it fixed.. I’m on warranty.. Just bought the vehicle 1/19.. I told him I can’t leave the car during the week all day there because I’m a nurse and he didn’t care.. I also ask him what’s the latest I can take the car to get check and he’s answer was 1pm.. The lack of care from him was horrible.. He’s last words was when I figured out give them a call.. Some times a little customer services training can go a long way.. He didn’t try to help me at all.. So I have to drive to Connecticut tomorrow with a vehicle that I don’t know what’s going on and the Service Department at Holly Kia in Felton careless about the situation.. If they had done the job the first time when I took the vehicle on 2/19 I won’t have to be asking them to fix it again.. More
